Want to become a Small Group Leader?

Leaders, please encourage people in your small group or others in your circle of relation-ships to consider becoming a small group leader.  Help them ask themselves, “Do you have a passion or skill to share with others?  Do you see a need that isn’t being met?  Would you like to network your own small group around a special interest?  Combine your creative idea with building relationships, God’s word, and prayer to build a new small group!  The goal is to bring your group members one step closer to fully committed relationship with Jesus and love for one another during your time together!”  Any idea is a good one!  Try fly fishing, guitar, prayer for Israel, clowning, quilting, running, community service team….  God is endlessly creative, so join Him in what He is doing… building a community of life-giving relationships at North Heights!  Become a Small Group Leader.

There’s a Place for You!  A Place Where Nobody Stands Alone.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Your Life Can Make a Difference
Jesus prayed that we would “be one even as the Father and Son are one.”  He asked his Father that all believers in Him be brought to “complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me” (John 17:23). The early church was exhorted to “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace” (Ephesians 4:3).  Small groups provide the best structure, especially in a large church, to nurture love for one another in a spirit of unity. In small groups we become a biblical community of people who want their lives to make a difference!

Together… we can change the world
God’s Word tells us that every member of the body is needed by the others. The primary way God brings blessing into our lives is through relationships in the context of biblical community.  When we get connected in small groups we discover one another's spiritual gifts, talents, and sense of call. We become a family – loving, caring, healing, serving, celebrating, and praying together. Together we become a family with a new hope, future, and potential to change the world.  Welcome to the North Heights’ family of small groups!

We want to help you become a fully devoted disciple of Jesus who will love, worship, and obey God.  We want you to experience healthy and loving relationships in small groups that will bring God’s transformational power in your life, and release you into Spirit-led outreach!
